Sky industries limited is the largest manufacturer of hook and loop tape fasteners in India with a capacity of 96 million meters per annum from our New Bombay works. Marketed under the most popular hook and loop tape fastener brand "Sky magic". 



The unrivalled product quality of this product has made us the unchallenged leader in the domestic market in India with a market share of approx. above 70.00%. We are also exporting a substantial percentage of our production all over the world including USA And E.U. Countries.

Some of the new hook and loop product varieties that has been introduced thus exemplifying the creativity and innovation that has become the hall mark of our group are the self adhesive variety (pressure sensitive)Sky S.A.T. , the multi-colour variety, the un-napped loop variety, Knitted loop (velour) etc. 

In our continous endeavor to excel globally, a new state of art production facility was recently started in a 100% export zone at Sachin near Surat. This unit, which is a 100% export unit manufactures knitted elastic, Cotton and polyester rigid tapes and twill tapes, Polypropylene and Nylon webbing, satin ribbons and other narrow fabric items. This unit will cater to the international market and also to exporters in India who import their requirements of narrow fabric items.

A new division of the value added products is being constituted which will explore new applications possibilities of hook and loop tape fasteners and introduce them to users and manufacturers. Some of the innovative applications developed by this division are Cable ties, Straps etc.

S. K. EXPORTS

A Government of India recognised Golden Export house, the division is engaged in manufacturing and exporting of textile and ready-made garments, narrow fabrics like braided elastic cords, tassels and trims for furnishing industries. Apart from this, the division has a special insight in Indian ethnic wear and Hand embroidered garments, thus creating a benchmark in this field. Apart from this, the division is also engaged in the manufacturing of polyester & silk fabrics and made-ups. Our procurement offices at Surat And Varanasi are well poised to better serve our customers.

SKAY INC

The global trading division of the S. K. Group floated to enhance the group's international trading activities to provide local accessibility to its global customer base, thus bridging the gap between international buyers. The major function of this division is sales co-ordination and to satisfy the customers' demand in a much more efficient manner. 

With the groups' activity touching almost all the territorial boundaries of the globe, this division proves to be a boon to the group.

S.K. OVERSEAS

Is involved in representing exclusively in India many a reputed international firms for a wide range of products ranging from looms to ultrasonic equipments to rubber threads.

Some of the products we sell are High speed automatic needle looms , Automatic crochet machines , Zipper needle looms , Heavy narrow fabric needle looms, Electronic Jacquard for label making, Lace making machine, Warping machine manufactured by Kyang Yhe , Taiwan.

Machines are also imported in completely knocked down condition and assembled at our state of the art plant at Daman Gujarat state , India, this gives us a competitive edge in the local market. Silicone coated heat resistant rubber thread and Talc heat resistant rubber thread made by M/s Rubfila, is also being marketed by us. 

The Ultrasonic Department markets pleating machines, Automatic pinching machines made by Shintai, Taiwan, We also market Ultrasonic lace sewing machines , Ultrasonic Welding machines, nebulisers and ultra sonic massagers made by King ultrasonic, Taiwan.
